Villa located in the prestigious area of Pla del Mar, in a quiet location, just 500 m. from the town centre, marina, shops, bars, restaurants, and Cala del Portitxolet. With sea views. Private pool. Garden. 2 barbecues, one wood burning and one gas. Parking for 2 cars. Central heating. Air conditioning. Satellite TV with English, German and French channels. Fiber optic internet.

The main house is located on one floor, and is composed of a living-dining room, kitchen, large porch and terrace around the pool, terrace with barbecue, 1 toilet with shower, 1 en-suite bathroom and 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (two with 2 beds of 90 and the main one with a bed of 1.50).

The lower floor, with a separate entrance, available only in summer (extra 150 €/week), consists of 1 double bedroom with 2 beds, 1 toilet with shower and kitchen.

Gas central heating with radiators in all rooms of the main house. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in all three bedrooms of the main house. Ceiling fan in the living room. Mosquito nets on all windows.

Pets are NOT allowed, sorry. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.

In high season the minimum stay is 2 weeks.

Check-in and check-out is Saturday (check-in after 4pm; check-out before 10am)
