3-bedroom villa in an excellent location, just 350 m. from the town centre and 800 m. from the beach. Renovated in 2016. Private swimming pool. Plot of 1000 m2 with beautiful garden. Parking for 2-3 cars. Air conditioning (hot/cold). Satellite TV with English, German and other european channels. Fiber optic internet.

The house has 1 floor and is composed of porch, terrace, living-dining room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (with shower), one of them en-suite, and 3 double bedrooms (one with two beds of 90, another with bed of 1.50, and the master with bed of 180 with 2 mattresses).

Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room and 2 bedrooms. Ceiling fan in the living room and 1 bedroom. Mosquito nets on all windows.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
