Just 400 meters from the village of Moraira, to go on foot everywhere, 4 bedroom villa, private pool (new 2020) and large terrace, outdoor toilet, small garden with lawn, gas barbecue, garage, parking inside the plot for several cars. Air conditioning (hot/cold).
The house has 2 floors. The ground floor consists of a garage, a large terrace around the pool, a porch, a living-dining room with a fireplace, 1 toilet with shower, a kitchen and 1 double bedroom with a 1.35 bed. The upper floor, with access from an external staircase, is composed of an elongated terrace with access to:
a) double bedroom with 2 beds of 90 and en-suite bathroom; and b) entrance hall, 2 double bedrooms (one with 2 beds of 90 and the master with 2 beds together of 90), and toilet with shower. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room, in the separate bedroom with bathroom and in the master bedroom upstairs.
Ceiling fan in the living room and in 3 of the bedrooms. Mosquito nets on all windows.
Pets are NOT allowed. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
In high season the minimum stay is 2 weeks, with the day of arrival and departure Saturday (check-in after 4pm; check-out before 10am)
Prices in low season (November to end of March) are for a maximum of 2 bedrooms. For the 4 bedrooms, there is an extra charge of 100 €/week.
