This 4-bedroom villa, CASA GRIS is located 1.9 km from the centre of Moraira and Portet Beach, about 1 km from the supermarket and 500 metres from bars and restaurants. Quiet and private location. With private swimming pool built in 2024. Parking for 2 - 3 cars. Alarm system. With 2 independent apartments with 2 bedrooms each.

The price in summer is for the whole house, so ideally for 2 families or a couple of friends looking to come on holidays together but staying each one in their own apartment. Garden. Barbecue. Central heating.

The ground floor consists of glazed porch with exit to large terrace with swimming pool built 2024 with barbecue, living room, kitchen with breakfast bar, 1 toilet with shower and 2 double bedrooms (one with 2 beds of 90 cm and the main one with bed 1.80, with 2 mattresses) with en suite shower room.

The upper floor, with separate entrance, comprises of terrace, kitchenette, living room, 1 toilet, 1 toilet with shower, and 2 double bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and the other with a 1.50m bed).

Gas central heating with radiators on the ground floor. Fans in the bedrooms. Internet fiber. Satelite TV with spanish, English and other european channels.

Pets are NOT allowed, Sorry. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.

In high season, the minimum stay is 2 weeks, with Saturday check-in and check-out (check-in after 4pm; check-out before 10am).

Prices in low season (between November to the end of March) are for a maximum of 4 people for the house on the ground floor. For the whole house, there is a supplement of 200 euros / week. If you rent the villa in the winter months, we will not rent the upstairs apartment, so the villa will be for you only to enjoy it.
