We bought our property through Ferrando and we were guided through this process by julian and his amazing team and would recommend to use this honest company with complete confidence .

The property took sometime to sell due entirely to the market situation. The team of Julian, Marisa & Kiki were always available to answer our questions usually by phone or email as we are resident in the UK. 'Ferrando' were amazing throughout the process. Property sales in Spain can be a minefield for the non Spanish and interpretation and guidance through the 'incomprehensible' rules is absolutely essential. We have the greatest appreciation of their work and would not hesitate to use and recommend their services again in the future.
