5 bedroom villa located in the area of Portet - Paichi, just 1.5 km from the center and the beach of Portet, with open views. Private pool.  Garden. Barbecue. Garage. Car park. Central heating (gas). Air conditioning (hot/cold).

The house has 2 floors connected internally. The main floor is composed of pool terrace, porch, living room with fireplace, kitchen, laundry room with access to rear terrace , 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed (150 x 200 cm) and with shower en-suite, another bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 190, and 3rd bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 190. By internal staircase you access the upper floor, which consists of 1 toilet with shower, 1 double bedroom with 2 mattresses of 90 x 200, and living room - bedroom with bed of 150 x 190 cm.

The lower floor, at street level, is composed of 2 garages (1 for private use).

Gas central heating with radiators in all rooms. Air conditioning (hot / cold) in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms on the top floor. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, except the living room-bedroom.  

Pets are NOT allowed. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.

In high season the minimum stay is 2 weeks, with the day of entry and exit Saturday (check in after 4pm; check out before 10am)
